I, as unit occupant understand that if there are any problems associated with animals roaming freely, or excessive barking I will be personally held liable and do understand that fines/chargebacks under the Corporations Bylaws (if applicable) may be imposed against me. I also acknowledge all pets must be approved by the Management & Condo Corporation. Pets must be kept on a leash and kept in control at all times while on common property. I also understand that if my pet becomes a nuisance or annoyance, such pet(s) shall be removed on (14) days written notice. I am also aware of the bylaw regulations for height restrictions  and amount of pets allowed in a Unit as per specific Condo Corporations. The Landlord reserves the right to inspection the condition of the unit from time to time. Should the Landlord deem it necessary and at the sole discretion of the Landlord, request that the carpets be steam cleaned and deodorized at the Tenants cost. The Tenant must produce a paid receipt from the carpet cleaning company upon completion.
